What is your cost to build per square foor and do you have a price list availble online?
The short answer is YES, we can help. Pricing home construction requires consideration of a multitude of costs, many of which change continuously due to design, location, season, and much more... therefore, it is very difficult to give a general square footage price, which is why many builders will not even give you a rough estimate. Will you build on a lot we own or do you build on your own lots?
The answer is YES, we do both. We will build on a lot owned by a customer and we also have land that we own for the purpose of building homes for those who come to us without land.
