Sherlock Homes Builders, Inc. began in 1968 with the original Schwartz family members and continues to include hundreds of dedicated subcontractors and staff who have worked with Sherlock over the last 35+ years to bring homebuyers the best homebuying experience available. The most important members of the Sherlock family are the over one thousand new homeowners who have chosen to join our family over the years, some of them two or three times! So consider yourself invited to be part of the family and meet the team that would build your new home.

Shad Schwartz (Sales) senior salesman

Shirley Schwartz (Owner/Decorator/Treasurer) manages all interior decorating design issues, product selections, and bookkeeping.

Thaddeus Schwartz (Vice President/Operations Officer/Sales) manages all communications with home buyers, facilitates construction phases and warranty management.

Ted Schwartz (Owner/President) manages the bidding process, job cost, site evaluation, and all other executive responsibilities.

Trevor Schwartz (Drafting/Phase 1) responsible for drafting all plans and details and manages phase 1 from lot clearing through drywall completion.

Josh Schwartz (Phase 2/Sales) responsible for Phase 2 from drywall completion through the completion of the home and the 1 year builder warranty period. Weekend sales support.
